Stone facades, brick, limestone, terra cotta, Dryvit and concrete can be expertly cleaned and restored with our systems.

Sandblasting and Cleaning Patented Formulas - Purple Magic is a specialty metal restoration cleaner developed by Service Metal that is recognized Internationally as one of the safest, most effective cleaners for Kynar 500 finishes. Kynar 500 (commonly marketed as Duranar) is the most commonly used factory finish coating for commercial finishes on aluminum, steel and even fabric. The majority of the new commercial structures constructed in the past thirty years contain Kynar coated window frames, door panels, etc. and our products are designed to safety clean and restore this coating.

Patented Safety Equipment - Our company’s practical innovations have resulted in the development and patent on the "Tool Bungee". Widely recognized in the industry as the standard of safety for securing all small hand tools when working at an elevation where falling equipment could be hazard to the public.

We also provide custom site engineering to safely rig access to atriums and facades that have no permanently installed suspension anchors or davit systems in place. In 2003, Service One Inc. formed a strategic alliance with Pro-bel to work together to provide practical solutions for your access needs.
