Article: HHR Newsletter, December 1998 Vol. 2., No. 3, Service One was spotlighted as the Vendor of the Month, in feature article "Up in the Air With Service One, Inc. ".
Film: produced by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) titled "Chicago / Glasgow Arts Documentary", 1998. Service One's window cleaner, Laura Jackson and Vice President, Jeff Spino were prominently featured in the opening scene and subsequent interview. This Arts Documentary compared the architecture and culture of Chicago to that of Glasgow. Film was produced and aired in March 1999 in England.
Interview: March 2000. Chicago Hispanic station WTTW interviewed Service One's foreman, Mr. Frank Ramos. This feature news story was broadcast during the 5:00 pm news, featuring an interview 500 feet in the air while Frank was suspended on the side of the Swissotel in Chicago. The story was eventually nominated for an Emmy award for editing.

Interview: July 2000. Miami based National Hispanic station WTTW again featured Service One foreman, Mr. Frank Ramos in a second interview at a Michigan Avenue location. Interview was aired on National Television.
Commercial film: 2001. Jeff Spino, Service One Vice President, was featured as a stunt-man in the feature film "Unconditional Love". The opening scene shows Jeff cleaning windows on a high rise overlooking Lake Michigan and the Chicago River as Dan Akroid looks on.

Television: "Beyond Tough" Aired September 25, 2002, on The Learning Channel. "Beyond Tough" is a one-hour reality television show that examines tough jobs and lifestyles. A power-packed roller coaster ride hosted by Ice-T, the segment features Service One employees J. Carey and W. Beeler. Beyond Tough Productions, by Crosstown Entertainment. Executive Producer: Andre Jetmir; Producer: Anneli Gericke.

Film: "The Life of Mammals" by world-renowned Director David Attenborough. Produced by Huw Cordey; A BBC/Discovery Co-Production. Originally aired January. 8, 2003 on BBC-1, included shots of Service One employees cleaning windows on a Chicago high-rise.
